Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected in part by you providing it to us. This can be data, for example, that you enter in a contact form or for the newsletter.

Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems. These are mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or time of the page view).

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This can mainly involve IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses, and other data generated through a website.

3. Newsletter

If you want to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you. No further data is collected.

Double opt-in: After entering your email address, you'll receive a confirmation email with a confirmation link. Only after you click that link is your address added to our active mailing list. Until then we store the address together with a time-limited confirmation token; unconfirmed entries are automatically deleted after the deadline.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the „unsubscribe“ link at the end of every newsletter email. Newsletter entries are managed in a separate table that is run independently of any app user accounts.

4. Apps

Our apps (SKLLS, inzpyre, Dopafy) each have their own privacy policies on the respective app domains. The privacy policy of this website (inzpyre.me) refers exclusively to the content and features under inzpyre.me itself.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke that consent at any time for the future.

6. Reach measurement (page-view statistics)

To measure the reach of individual content, we record the following technical data on each page view and transmit it to our own Supabase instance (EU, Frankfurt):

• the page path called up (e.g. /ki-lernen/bauen)
• referrer (which page you came from, if transmitted by the browser)
• timestamp of the request

We use no cookies, transmit no personal identifiers, no user-agent data, and no IP addresses into the page-view table. The data processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) for the continuous improvement of our content. We deliberately do not use third-party tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

7. Third-party tools

This website embeds the Inter typeface via Google Fonts. When the website is loaded, a connection to Google's servers in the USA can be established, in which your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (consistent presentation of the typography).
