Apps, automations, web apps. You learn AI by building real things that actually work. Free. With a community doing the same right now.

Three jobs, three turning points.

The handloom weaver in England, 1817. His father worked the same loom, and so did his grandfather. Forty years later, of 240,000 handloom weavers only 23,000 remain.

The travel agent in Berlin, 1998. “Who would book a holiday on a computer?” Between 1997 and 2013, the UK's in-store travel agency sector roughly halves.

And you, today. You use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini. You've gotten good at it. And still there's that question you don't say out loud: Is this still enough in four years?

The World Economic Forum says: by 2030, 39 % of today's skills will be obsolete. Not yesterday's jobs. Today's skills. Four years, not forty.

You know the problem. Here you learn what to do about it: you build.

Setup

Set up Claude Code right before you start.

The first three steps apply to everything. After that it depends: building products or automating workflows. Both live in the guide.

Track A — For you

Learn to build with AI.

Why build instead of read?

Input counts 1. Practice counts 5.

You learn skills in practice, not in theory. You learn to surf in the water. You learn to cook at the stove. You learn AI when you build something with it that actually runs afterwards.

Input · Theory

Reading, videos, courses

5×

Practice · Building

Actually doing it, applying, failing, correcting

Theory is the spark. Practice is the fire. Here we show you the spark briefly, then you get going.

Build your first product

What you'll learn to build

  • Automations — the annoying repeat task that eats your week. Gone.
  • Apps — a small app for a problem that doesn't have one yet, at least not for you.
  • Web Apps — a tool you can share. Like our AI Disruption Score.

Our free offerings

  • Newsletter — every issue one topic around AI. Plus my founder story, thoughts, ideas, recommendations, and a challenge to try yourself.
  • Build-Alongs — we build something live and show step by step how it comes together. Including looks behind the scenes of what we're building right now.
  • Content and videos — we give you the input, you do the practice.
  • Community — a place where people share what they built and trade notes.

Why free?

I believe I can add value to the world — and that's the point. In parallel I want to sell my own products, the ones I built myself. And I want to be known as someone who understands AI deeply and builds with it. So everything here is free.

Dopafy

An app that helps you manage your dopamine balance and build routines — for a higher energy level and sharper focus. So you reach your goals.

How it started
In 2025 Alex went seven weeks without any artificial dopamine sources: social media, sugar, alcohol, streaming, fast food, pornography, drugs. The result: noticeably more energy, a clearer head, focused work. Afterwards he dug deeper into the topic and built a dopamine schedule that paces routines and stimuli sensibly. That schedule and what he learnt now live inside Dopafy.
The trick
Three core features that bring the science into daily life: a personalised routine plan, statistics and analysis with AI recommendations, screen-time tracking with screen blocking.

PV Strom Teilen

A platform that connects owners of PV systems with electricity buyers in the neighbourhood — share solar power locally instead of feeding it into the grid.

How it started
On 1 June the law changed — and with it a window opened: whoever builds the platform now can earn from it later. On top of that, the conviction to push the energy transition forward and ship a product that actually matters.
The trick
Billing runs extremely cost-efficiently through one automation: it matches suppliers and buyers, checks the consumption data and generates the bill automatically — no manual work per transaction.

Better Health Benefits

A platform for corporate health insurance budgets: employers fund a health budget, employees use it for dental, vision, preventive care and more — no health screening, pre-existing conditions covered from day one.

How it started
A client project for femsure (Berlin): Alex built the whole platform — landing page, partner widget and admin CRM — with Claude Code. The goal: make health benefits accessible, regardless of pre-existing conditions or budget.
The trick
The whole stack came together in one continuous Claude Code workflow: tariff calculator, lead funnel, partner widget and admin CRM. The auth, analytics and newsletter pattern from the admin panel was later extracted into a reusable skill for other inzpyre.me projects.

If I'm not genuinely excited about a product and don't use it for at least several weeks, it doesn't ship. Promise.

About Alex.

Alex Albers — founder, inzpyre.me

A few months ago I quit my job to go solo. Originally I wanted to build products that reform the education system from the bottom up — tools that help people learn faster and grow on purpose.

To get there I started building my own apps. One of them is Dopafy — an app for dopamine management. Sounds far from learning at first, but it isn't: when your dopamine balance is in check, you learn faster, stick with things longer, and break out of the loop.

While building, I realised where I can add the most value right now: showing people how to use AI for themselves. How to build products with it, make their day-to-day work less stressful, or simply understand what is happening in front of us. That's what's happening here on inzpyre.me.

Shameless plug

My first product has been in the App Store since last week. Dopafy.

New in the App Store · May 2026

I spent seven weeks last year off every artificial dopamine source. Social media, sugar, alcohol, streaming, all of it. The effect was so clear it's worth naming: full focus, energy across the whole day, a steadiness I hadn't felt before.

If a better dopamine balance changes that much, I want to understand how it works. Out of that came Dopafy. An iOS app that builds your day around routines that are good for your head, and slows the reflex toward your phone when it's faster than your will.

Dopafy dashboard on iPhone: daily plan, routines and dopamine score

What Dopafy does

Personalised routine plan
Your day is planned around routines that stabilise your dopamine: water in the morning, a walk, coffee after 2 hours, Digital Sunrise.
Screen time & app blocking
Apps like Instagram or TikTok are blocked in fixed windows. With a lock delay so the reflex doesn't win.
AI analysis & recommendations
Dopafy reads your HealthKit data with permission, calculates a dopamine score and suggests what's working for you right now.
